This one is fairly minor – just fiddling with the way the entries are displayed. It’ll make more sense with the Brand New Uncluttered Look that I’m considering. For now, it just makes it look more cluttered. I accept that. Rome wasn’t built in a day, people!
I suppose I’m getting past the stage where I can still use “jet lag” as an excuse for not doing anything. To be fair, I did go out for a few drinks in the Scratcher on Wednesday. Karl and Anita were there, so I got to announce my return and wish them a happy new year. Then Julian came along and whisked me off to a book launch, which was nice. There was some great cheese and bread.
Julian was also able to get free tickets for Il Postino at the MoMA. It’s one of his favourite films. He took myself and Rebecca along, which was nice of him. I had never seen it before, and was pleasantly surprised.
I’m sure I’ll go out drinking tonight, even though my cold seems to have moved down to my chest. I’m coughing a little, but I’ll soldier bravely on.
