Precis

I don’t really have the time or energy to blog exensively. Work is tough at the moment. Not too tough, but definitely highly time and energy consuming. I’m not even getting time to mess with all those free games I crowed about through the medium of polling.

But stuff has happened. Zaini and his girlfriend Sagel were in the city for the weekend. It was a flying visit. I only got to see them for a few drinks on Friday while they were still jetlagged, and then for a snatched lunch on Monday. It was nice to meet up, and I got to show off my PSP which is the important thing.

After Sagel and Zaini left Molly’s on Friday, I ended up hanging around for a while with Conor. There was an Irish actor there I recognised – I’d worked on a movie he was in, but in the way of sound editors and actors we’d never actually met. He knew Pete, the owner, so we got introduced. Turns out he’s in NYC to shoot the new Scorsese movie, so I bought him a drink and we chatted for a while. It was fairly late so I don’t remember much of it, but still.

I’ve finally convinced Nigel to reveal the movie he’s working on, so go over there and ask questions he won’t be able to answer. The game I’m working on has just been splashed all over the cover of a magazine. It looks like it’s going to be big, too.

    Bless me Anthony for I have sinned it’s been 13 days since I last blogged. I have been for the last 2 weeks 8 to 12 hours a day on the dance floor, showing some visiting friends the lie of the land, bought a bandoneon on behalf of a friend in Eire, I will try to blog again soon
